For more than 75 years, our family has had the privilege of helping families across Liberal and the surrounding area make their house a home. Downtown Brown’s has been a special part of that story, serving as our clearance store and giving our customers an opportunity to find great furniture at a great value. We’re grateful for all of the memories, friendships, and relationships that have come from that store in downtown Liberal for so many years.

Now, we’re making room for something new. We’ve made the decision to move Downtown Brown’s and are preparing for a clearance sale of the furniture that remains in the store. While it’s never easy to close a chapter that has been part of our family’s story, we’re excited about what could come next for this space and for downtown Liberal. We’re especially thankful to the City of Liberal for their partnership and for sharing our vision of creating a place where people can gather, make memories, and enjoy our community in Downtown Brown’s space. While Downtown Brown’s is moving, Brown’s Furniture is not going anywhere. We’re proud to continue serving our community from our main location, just as we have since 1950.
